Get ready to drop in! Whether you're here to hunt the podium or just enjoy a social roll with your crew, our Fiver races are built for everyone. These are low-pressure, high-stoke events designed to bring the Nanaimo mountain biking community together.

How to Join the Fun
Participating is easy! Just follow these steps to get to the start line:
1. NMBC Membership You must be a current NMBC member to race. Not a member yet? Join the club here
2. Sign Your Waiver Complete our general waiver. You only need to do this once per season! Sign waiver here
3. Pay Your Fiver Entry is $5, purchase your ticket prior to showing up.
What to Expect on Race Day
We keep things simple so you can focus on the ride:

Check-In: Head to the NMBC tent at the parking lot to grab your race plate and listen to the pre race briefing.

Ride the Course: Follow the marked route! You’ll check-in with the volunteer timer at the start of the timed segment.

Sign-Out: Once you’ve smashed your laps, return your race plate to the NMBC tent so we know you’re off the course safely, and receive your raffle ticket for sweet prizes.

Fiver Apres: Stick around for the après! Return your race plate and join us for post-race hangs, food, drinks, and prizes.
